Dear AMARC Europe colleagues,
Due to scheduling difficulties of the executive Board preparing the General Assembly, there has been a postponement of the date to which we would like to invite the members of AMARC Europe again. We would like to ask for your understanding.
The General Assembly of AMARC Europe will take place on 5th of February 2022. It will be organised as an online conference. On one hand we will discuss the future of our organisation and in the second part the new board will be elected.
We will guarantee an accessible online assembly and voting compliant to our rules.
During the remaining months until the General Assembly, we would like to have an ongoing debate about new structures of AMARC Europe, focusing on the current situation and its emergence, as well as developing promising ideas for the future of our organisation. The current board will share its perspective, experiences and visions to provide you information and to set the scene for our debate.
In the next weeks we will contact you in relation to membership fees, electoral procedures, nomination and motion papers. We will be also asking for your input on the content and agenda of the assembly.
